About This Event
100 YEARS AGO the roaring 20s was a time of economic prosperity. Fashion, music and fun were at the forefront with speakeasys, Charlie Chaplin, flapper dresses and stylish hats. A Model T Ford sold for $260. Cotton was king in Acworth and Main Street was first paved.
Save the date. Come celebrate Acworth’s "ROARING 20s" with The Save Acworth History Foundation. This year's event will once again feature the highly entertaining DJ and emcee duo. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will again be provided by The 1885 Grill. There will be a cash bar for beer and wine.
Unlike last year’s Black & White Ball, period attire will be encouraged but not required. Single tickets and reserved table seats are available.
